Quel Che Disse Il Tuono are a Rock Progressivo Italiano / symphonic act based in Milan, Italy.
The band was born in early 2019 when Francesca Zanetta (guitarist, add. keyboardist, cofounder and former member of RPI band Unreal City) teamed up with Roberto “Berna” Bernasconi (bass player and lead vocalist), Niccolò Gallani (keyboardist, flute player and add. vocalist, also member of Italian prog rock band Cellar Noise) and Alessio Del Ben (drummer, add. keyboardist and add. vocalist).
The four musicians suddently started composing original songs and Il Velo Dei Riflessi, Quel Che Disse Il Tuono new album has been released by AMS Records on 20th March 2020. The release will be followed by a promotional tour that is going to reach several countries in Europe and outside Europe.
Quel Che Disse Il Tuono, whose name, meaning “what the thunder said”, is an hommage to great poet and writer T.S.Eliot’s opera omnia Waste Land, are a modern progressive rock act deeply influenced by 70s international symphonic progressive rock yet also self aware (and absolutely grateful!) of the big impact that Italian progressive rock and classical music have given to their sound.
